I have a double deck and multiple decorative fences in my back yard. Corey has stained/sealed these three to four times - always with excellence and at very reasonable cost. On one of these occasions, he cleaned up the mess left by a previous contractor who had charged twice as much. He and his assistants are always very professional in demeanor. I highly recommend C. Parks Enterprises LLC.

He didnt tell me if the deck was sealed. There are three diferent colors to the deck, the stairs because they were new, and the side of the deck and the top deck. And he tells me i have to wait until its weatheted again. The last time i had to wait about 4-5 months before they came back to wash the deck. I missed all summer not using the deck. I wonder if i have to wait to spring now before he comes back to really finish the job. He also left all my chairs from my table on the bushes on my rose beds. I am handicap and cannot lift those chairs back up to my deck, but he said he would put them up when he came back?

This was a completed professional job of applying deck primer and two coats of Rustoleum X10 paint to a deck that was quite a few years of age. The work was excellent, the area was left in very clean condition, and the workers were courteous and experienced. I would recommend this organization as very highly competent and skilled.

He is a very hard worker. He does a good job. I have recommended him to friends. Once he starts his work, he gets it done.
