Taylor showed up next day ahead of schedule. He took time to explain his plan and present an estimate before starting. Good communicator. Work was done quickly. He is a Single-Owner/Operator and motivated to provide a good result at a good price.

I contacted Crain Pest Control because I saw what I believed were carpenter ants and I was concerned. Taylor came out for an inspection and confirmed the carpenter ants and also found evidence of rodents when he was in my crawl space. He took care of both issues and was able to repair/rebuild the old access panels to my crawl space to keep the rodents out. Great communication, answered all of my questions, very professional. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided by Crain Pest Control and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Tyler quickly responded to my requested for rodent control, scheduled the inspection and communicated his finding clearly and professionally? He sent me the details of his proposed suggestions in a timely manner. I agreed to the plan. I called a high rated Pest service in Kitsap County, and they were booked for a week and the owner recommended Crain Pest Control and he said I shouldnâ t wait because of the rats can multiply quickly. I called Crain Pest control and they were professional and explained the process thoroughly. Taylor the Owner came out next day, went back over the process and explained his warranty. The warranty assured my wife and I that our rat problem would be handled. Taylor came out to our property on the initial set up and back to back weeks after, last week their are no signs of rodents, but he left the stations and traps and wants us to call if I see anything at no cost. Invoicing is professional, and after every visit we would get a email detailing what he did, what he found ,and actions taken. Very Detailed!!
