The technician was well prepared, professional and thorough in his approach to the job. He was open, honest and made sure that I understood what the problem was and how I could understand it and help prevent any future problems. The cost was very reasonable and I was completely satisfied with the service.

We hired this company to review our washing machine as the machine was not spinning out the water properly. Our housekeeper scheduled a time for a two hour window from 2pm -4pm on a Friday. She drove one hour to meet the worker. She waited on property and the worker for this company showed up 2 hours late. It meant she had to waited 6 hours. The worker made an excuse. No calls. She was there with the worker alone when it started to get dark outside. Not the best feeling for a woman to be alone. The worker was cordial, reviewed the machine and said he found nothing wrong. As the owner, I called on a Facetime call from out of town to discuss his findings while he was still there. He barely responded to any of my questions. I believe there to be a language barrier or he didn?t want to explain anything. He didnt even run a quick cycle with any towels to see if it was spinning the water. I insisted he do that and didnt try that with water in the machine. Only allowed the machine to spin dry. I also had to insist since its Covid that the worker remove his shoes or put on bootys. 5 minutes later he put on bootys. I would imagine thats what you professionally do before you walk into someones home. He claimed to our housekeeper he could not find anything wrong with the washing machine. We are professional business owners and live in a nice area just a mile to Beverly Hills. We completely understand that people get paid for their time and professionally as a home owner we dont have an issue with that at all. They never once asked for any payment in advance or provided a bill. A day went by and Able called our house keeper for payment. He insisted she pay a $75 fee for the visit over the phone. He claimed that it was her responsibility to pay she she organized the time for the visit . She explained to him that she was just handling it for the owner and we would be in touch to make payment. Able had initially called us thru Home Advisor. She explained several times we would handle the payment. He had our number as he called us in the first place but no further calls received. Clearly this company doesnt trust homeowners. He provided no receipt for services and no confirmation that he would guarantee returning if the issue happened again. Not even a confirmation to honor making any repair. He continued to call our housekeeper again for the payment . The issue we have is this company is that they were two hours late and we pay our housekeeper for her time for 6 hours. Also our housekeeper explained clearly payment would be made and it was less than 24 hours. He claimed to our housekeeper he was just * the employee* and that his boss was upset and pressuring him for the payment that needed to be made instantly on the call. He used intimidation that our housekeeper make the payment over the phone and didnt care or listen to her response. We find that unprofessional and unnecessary for a company to use intimidation and force to receive this nominal $75 fee. Sorry Able your behavior is unacceptable and you should think about how you handle your business next time. Are you that worried about the $75 fee or more about finding or fixing the issue customers are having. It?s all about repeat business. Using intimidation is not how professionals do business. You were late two hours and didnt find any issues. You should refund the money to our housekeeper and apologize for your behavior. Some people feel it necessary to use intimidation to get what they believe is rightfully there?s and to get there way without listening to others. No excuse to intimate anyone into paying you. Have the conversation with the owner next time, show up on time, provide a professional receipt, guarantee the work, do the work and then get payment. ~ The Owner of The Property

These guys are pros with great customer service. It was very fast to schedule and they came within a few hours to fix our refrigerator. The technician was very nice and diagnosed the problem quickly. Their prices are very reasonable and it was a great experience - definitely would recommend using them.

Scheduling was easy through the HomeAdvisor app. I wanted a later appointment, but the app's options were limited. Luckily, the contractor called to confirm the appointment and they actually preferred a later time as well, so it worked out. The technician arrived for the initial appointment and informed me that a part would need to be ordered and then a follow up appointment could be made to install the part. A few days later, I received a call which I was expecting it to be a call to schedule the install of the new part. However, for some reason, they were only calling to ask if we wanted to order the part. I thought we had already made this clear. So, now the repair is further delayed. A few days later, I contacted the technician to see if the part had come in. He said yes and I scheduled an appointment for the installation. On the day of the install appointment, I contacted the technician again to confirm and I was told they were on track for the appointment. A couple hours later, I got a call from the contractor to let me know that the part did not arrive so I would need to reschedule. At this point I was getting frustrated. Finally, a few days later, the part came in and the technician showed up to replace the part. Unfortunately, the technician never scheduled a time with me so he ended up waiting at my house for 2 hours until I could get home. For the trouble, they took $35 off the price of the part (the part cost over $400). At least my appliance was repaired. Or, so I thought. It only worked for less than a day and it broke down again. Now, I'm in the process of trying to get the technician to come back out again to have another go at it. Maybe I should try a different contractor? I probably would not recommend this company.

C R did an excellent job of removing our old dishwasher and installing a new one. They even dragged the old dishwasher to the curb. The repairmen had to run to Home Depot to get a part which I thought would result in a higher than originally quoted price, but they stuck with their original quote. Also they give you a nice 90 day warrantee.

Technician showed up on time. Very polite and knowledgeable. Completed the job quickly and gave me the further advise. Once I called to repair company, I have received the tons of call and text from many technicians which I was so confused. Who should I ask for this job? I was happy I could meet with this technician and that company.

I would like to know why the company is not accepting the 90 day warranty but instead is charging me extra to repair my stove.

They were efficient, organized, honest and the quality of their work was excellent.

So many delays that I had to go with a different company and a better price. Communication and scheduling were very poor.
