Once the project was completed, I thanked Charles Cook of the work he has done & handed him $350 in cash by the hallway closet. He texted me two days later stating he was missing two items from his supplies & asked if he left it at my residence. I responded & told him that he didn t leave anything behind and I told him to check his vehicle because you went to your vehicle multiple times in and out my home or check your pockets. I also told him I made sure everything was picked up by him before he left my house. He said that he was missing his Dwalt flashlight & a Dwalt battery after I told him it wasn t at my residence he then immediately accused me, my friend, and a plumber from a HVAC company of stealing his supplies after I told him we didn t steal anything nor my friend wasn t even at my residence until he showed up at my house at 7:25 PM. My friend left my house in the morning at 10:30 AM on 7.18.26 so he wasn t even here throughout the day. Myself was out in the living room or kitchen but no where near him while he was completing my drywall closet, the only time I went near the area was if I had to go into my room to get something, take a shower or a few times looking at the progress of the drywall. My friend and I were seated in the living area eating dinner, watching a movie & later played video games. My friend stepped over him once when he was getting his towel in the first bathroom to go take a shower in my room. Once he was done he went back out to the living area to watch tv until I prepared both of us dinner. The plumber from the HVAC company came back around 3:30 to repair a toilet leak inside my master bathroom, once he was done he left my house without going near his truck. The plumber was at my house in the morning of 7.28.26 doing toilet repairs around my house way before Charles Cook came to my house around 2:50.. I remembered Charles Cook telling me when we were outside regarding the project his remark was this isn t the time to be supervising , I was thinking to myself, um you re in my house and second I can look if I want to at your progress especially if I m paying you for the work to be completed from start to finish perfectly . He threaten me after I stated to him twice that he didn t leave anything behind at my house and stated he was going to take me to court and put a lien on my property if I don t pay him the remaining amount for the project & if his tool doesn t show up I d have to pay additional $150 which I am not going to because it wasn t my responsibility for your tools being misplaced and carelessly & most definitely I m not going to be paying more for the work where we both AGREED on the $350 as stated in our text messages. The tool battery he s claiming that we stoled is in his vehicle on the passenger side most likely somewhere on the seat or on the ground INSIDE his vehicle. The flashlight was in his back pocket when he left my residence at night.

I had a small tile and grout damage. Charles was willing to take it on, one person didn't even call me back. Charles was prompt, courteous and go the job done.

Chuck was here every day until finished. Area was left clean after work every day. Extremely professional

They were prompt and I am quite happy with them!
