Concrete Flatwork - Repair & Resurface
$5,000
Contractor was late the first day due to their vehicle issues 04/19/26. They started to break up concrete from the garage and loaded it into a trailer. And then started dumping the old concrete in the yard. Had to order stone to be delivered for the foundation of the floor. We paid a second installment at that time, 04/29/26. Further vehicle issues caused them not to show up on the dates promised. Put the rock in the foundation of the garage and then went out back to prepare the ground for the patio slab. This process tore up our yard because they came on a rainy day, yet the day before was beautiful and that's the day they were supposed to come but did not show up. May 11th the cement truck arrived from Robinson Concrete (Vitale). While they were spreading the concrete, I heard Chris Chapman exclaim that the cement did not seem right. But he continued to spread it anyway. During the process things were not kept as stated in the quote and contract ,which was "The property will be maintained in a meticulous condition". There was still a large amount of old concrete in our yard until the very end of the project. While the concrete was being spread, it was splashed onto the garage walls and on lawn chairs outside. When they finished, we had to scrape and repaint garage walls. At this time, we have noticed long cracks that stem from the center drain to the outer perimeter. The quote and contract stated that they would perform saw cuts for control joints within 24 hours after the concrete has been fininshed. They did not do this. There are no saw cuts in our concrete in the garage or on the patio outside. We also contracted him to remortar our chimney and we gave him $200 for materials and he said that he would be back toward the end of July to do that work. We have been unable to contact him through phone, Facebook and texting.

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install
To Whom It May Concern We signed a contract on 4/24/26 for a stampcrete walkway. Job was promised to start on or by 5/19/26. He was aware we were going on vacation 5/21/26-5/24/26 so we wanted the job done before leaving, it was not. First said concrete being delivered Wednesday 5/20th then said it will be delivered Friday 5/22nd while we were away then said Saturday 5/23rd. Needless to say it was not done. We came home Sunday 5/24th to a pile of dirt in the road obstructing our mailbox & our neighbors. The walkway was dug out but not formed. On Wednesday 5/27th he came & formed the walkway & concrete was being delivered that day, which it did. As the walkway was being formed there are several areas where the stampcrete is not consistent. Don t know if it was them using the forms & the concrete was drying to fast. The color of the stampcrete is not consistent. At that point he wanted the balance of the job paid & promised to come back 28 days to seal it. As of today 7/20th he has not been back to seal the walkway. Over the course of this project we had a hard time getting in touch with him either by text, phone or email. On 7/7th he told me the sealer he had went bad & had to order more & will be here the next day. Finally on 7/10th he texted me back after I texted him a few more times saying the sealer now came in 7/9th & will come 7/10th late morning to seal the walkway. As of today 7/20th the walkway is not sealed & I can t get in touch with him. He has been paid in full $3,000 & it looks horrible. I ordered my own sealer to get this done, which I didn t want to spend more money & to do the sealing. Very unhappy with this contractor & disappointed with Angi having him on their site. Would like $500-1,000 returned Kevin & Christine Shedd

We had C&R Constructors do our excavation, foundation and stamped concrete. They did an excellent job, in a timely manner. Highly recommend them!
