The workers were very polite and cleaned daily. I have had other work done by others that was not up to par. I really loved the work they did. This summer they will be doing my deck, and other small projects. Thanks.

Very bad and unprofessional. Nightmare for me because of hiring it. Never use them, unless you want trouble.

"We did amazing work for this individual. We have pictures, emails, text messages etc, The individual is a crook, liar, fraud and has been reported to the police, she currently is being investigated for fraud, e-mail scam, harassment and hiring contractors and not paying them after the work is done. The individual is a con artist and only left this review because she was lashing out because she was reported to the police by numerous contractors and was finally caught. This individual was told by the police to cease and desist any public postings of my company and other companies along with any social media postings. Note the lack of description and content left in the review. Im disappointed in Home Advisor for allowing such an unfounded, unspecific, negative review to be posted on a professional companies business review page."

CRI did a great job hanging drywall, taping, and mudding in multiple areas of my home (2 bathrooms, a bedroom, and a large basement). The quality of their work was fantastic and ready to be painted immediately. Derek was quick to respond to all my questions via email and text.

There were issues beyond owners control. And I believe future services provided by this company will be better.

"Per the home owners words,the above review is not given to our company but to the city inspectors office. The inspections were delayed by the city numerous times. Which was out of our control as a construction company. I did notify the home owner that her one star review she put on Home Advisor is supposed to be a review for our company not the city inspections office and overall experience she had for the project itself. She agreed to update the comments in our favor as she was happy with our work but left the one star rating as she insists she is giving that for her overall experience even if the negative experience had nothing to do with our company. Judy was a great customer and very nice lady, I hope any future projects she has run smoother for her in relation to city inspections."

I can't say enough good things about my experience with CRI Construction. Denise was very timely with her responses to my questions. The project began and ended on schedule. Derek and Bob were very courteous and went out of their way to completely understand the scope of the project. I am a stickler for details and I wasn't disappointed in the least. The results were flawless. I wouldn't hesitate for a second before calling them for help on future projects.

Heard their add on the radio and have seen their trucks driving around town and I thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did. My basement looks like something out of a magazine. I don't know how they did it with my budget. When they told me free interior design advice was included if I hired them to do the work, I was like.... you're hired! :) I would and am going to recommend CRI Construction to all my friends and family.

I might also add that the CRI team showed a high degree of timeliness, attention, and professionalism through the entire process. I would highly recommend CRI to anyone that has a home or business project.

It took time in them getting the permits from the county and township, but once they started, they worked diligently to complete the project. And they did a great job! I am very pleased with the finished screened in porch as an addition to our home away from home.

Timely response to our work order request however very poor finishing job. Job took longer than expected due to constant interruptions. Lack of professionalism on job and very messy work area inside and outside of home.

"CRI has not been provided with any proof of the above review. The home owner didn't complain about the work until 13+ days after he paid and signed off on the job, which he pointed out was second hand opinions of his painter not his own opinions of our work. Prior he gave me a verbal praise that he was very impressed with our work and how professional we were, so I have no idea why the comment for unprofessional-ism is above. If the work was so bad, which it wasn't, the home owner should have afforded us the opportunity to correct any problems because we offer a one year warranty on labor. Which he did not exercise. Home owners don't pay for bad work. fyi. We have pictures of the work along with text messages from the home owner expressing how great he thought everything looked."
