We were in the market to convert off oil and switch to a heat pump system. CRM Green Energy Consulting helped us every step of the way. They arrived on time and were very professional during the home assessment process. We agreed to the proposal and set up a time for installation the following week. Throughout the whole process CRM was communicating with us on progress. There was a placement issue for one of our mini-splits and one of CRM’s Carpentry team members came out and opened a wall and patched/painted like they were never there. Super friendly team members and very knowledgeable on green energy and home heating efficiency. At the end of the project they sat us down and taught us how to use the phone app for our GE mini split unit. They helped us fill out of MassSave rebate form as well! We couldn’t be happier with CRM Green Energy! We are so glad we chose them for our heat pump project!
