This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to. Autumn, Nick, and Nathan (You are the only ones I spoke with) You guys seriously have made such a huge difference in our lives, with your kindness, professionalism, quick service, and patience. I am sure the rest of the team is just as great. The world needs more people like you guys, and more companies that truly understand customer service like you guys do. Thank you again!

CR Plumbling is the only plumber I will ever use or refer to someone in this area. For the past 3 years, we have been dealing with a shower leak in our guest bathroom. We have had 5 plumbers from two local companies, including two master plumbers, try to assess and resolve the issue to no avail. After many appointments, attempts, invoices, and damage to our home along the way, I had almost thrown in the towel. I gave it one last shot with CR Plumbing, and I'm so thankful I did. I sent an inquiry at 11 pm on a Thursday, and by 8 am Friday morning, I had a phone call to walk through the problem and schedule a service call. Knowing we had been through the ringer, we were scheduled to meet with Clay, the owner, which was comforting to know they took the repair so seriously. He also brought along two additional plumbers to ensure many perspectives were taken to make sure it was fixed right the first time. They were able to identify the problem almost immediately and it didn't require cutting through any walls, ceiling, or tile. They ordered the parts they needed and were back the next day to repair the shower. It was quick, effective, and cost efficient. They also maintained COVID protocols throughout the visit, which put us at ease. I'm happy to say that for the first time in 3 years, we can finally use our shower! Thank you, Clay and Phil! We are so grateful for your service.

Poor customer service and do not back their product they sell you.

Arrived on time, very nice, very professional. He first looked with a camera (in both directions) where he found a large paper blockage. He then snaked the drain and did something most do not do.... he re-scoped it to be sure the job was done right with the camera. Would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing concerns!

Guys were prompt, courteous, and respectful. The price was also very fair. They replaced a circulating pump and had trouble with the wiring of my tankless water heater, but figured it all out. I could tell they cared, which is hardly ever seen in a company these days. We will definitely use them for our future plumbing needs. We all know its hard to find a good plumber. Please keep up the caring and good work!

Clayton came to my house on very short notice to do a pre-purchase plumbing inspection. He arrived exactly as scheduled and he did a great job. He saved me from having to pay $2,000+ to repair a sewer line break by finding it before I purchased the house. The seller ended up paying for the repair.

Calvin did an excellent job replacing my hot water heater , very pleased with his work. He additionally did Faucet and garbage disposal change outs. I 100% recommend CR Plumbing.
