Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
Harassed me with 6 calls a day while I was away due to the sudden loss of a family member. Upon getting back into town, I discovered the scope of work was not complete and the final bill did not accurately represent services removed. Grossly overcharged for 1.5 hours of labor squeezed in at the end of a day.
Response from C & R Roofing
"Sorry that you had a bad experience with us after a month of not receiving payment we do tend to try to get payments especially on Job's we front the cost of material. As for not doing the scope of work please call me and we can discuss that. I have pictures of the work completed and positive you haven't had any leaks since we've made the repair. We also had 2 guys there for 4 hrs"

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Hired to fix leaks in the roof. (3) Problems were not repaired properly and leaks are worse than before !!!!! Was told by Brandon if any problem with the repair call and they would be back to fix it. We have called numerous times leaving messages but no one is returning our calls. We are now forced to start over I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY I made a judgment in error giving a high rating previously before the rains came and the leaking continued Joyce
Response from C & R Roofing
"I'm sorry to hear this Joyce I had a family emergency with my wife having seizures I sent out a text message and email to everyone letting them know I won't be able to return there calls at the moment I'm sorry for the miss communication"
