I have to say that communication was top notch and the estimate that resulted in immediate minor repair was very reasonable. The person that came out was very nice and agreeable. Repair was done in just under an hour. Very satisfied with service and would call again.

A crew arrived on the central Oregon coast, removed old roof and installed new GAF Timberline roof with two custom skylights - all in one day! The roof & skylights look beautiful and our premises were left cleanâ ¦and any errant nails were removed with a large rolling magnet. Never a problem with communications; emails, texts, and phone calls promptly answered. Excellent service!

Very frustrating experience. I set an appointment for an inspection and bid. I explained it was time sensitive. I took time off work and my realtor met me at the property. No one showed up. I had to call the company and was told, ?I was just about to call you.? Their employee had car problems and called their office after our agree upon appointment time. Black Diamond had poor communication and total lack of respect for my time.

I saw some lower reviews that had me concerned but they were amazing! I canâ t speak highly enough about Black Diamond Roofing and in particular Kimo the salesman was also amazing. Donâ t second guess they are going to help find the right materials, give the best price and provide perfect quality. I canâ t ask for more.

Victor, the hustler and salesman, came to see about cleaning my roof of moss and dirt. He then showed me all the problems with my concrete tile roof and how he would have it fixed. I signed up for the repairs and asked him about the roof cleaning. He said, **yeah that will happen**. His workers did very well. When it came time to do the roof cleaning Vic claimed he never said he would have the roof cleaned or moss and dirt. My fault, I took his word that the cleaning would happen and did not read the contract close enough. I would not recommend Black Diamond Roofing, or Vic, for that reason. If I could hire the workers I would but have nothing to do with Victor Ramierez.

Black Diamond folks did a good job, and I really wanted to give them a higher rating. As a benefactor of honest reviews, I felt I need to pass on the favor. Vik and his crew, were good people. They really know what they need to do to take care of the Cedar Shakes. Despite the missteps, they tried to remedy each problem the best they could. The main issues that faltered were 1) the schedule slips (est. 2 days - completion ~6 days), the need for careful daily worker management to know what is happened and what is happening next (team member saying see you bright and early and not showing up, running out of moss treatment material, running off to retrieve blower and nail magnetizer, etc...), and minor damages left behind (rain gutter dented by a ladder over the front door, melted garbage bin, staple and nails to find, etc.). Perhaps they were just too busy due to the current demands, and we accepted that Black Diamond gave us a good deal to help extend the life of our, difficult to maintain, roof. We hear they do good things for roof replacements, and we will not hesitate to place them into our bidding considerations at that time.
