My wife and I woke up for work to find water was seeping through our floor boards. We found out the water heater cracked from sediment build up/old age. The floors were warped and the carpet in the 2 rooms next to it were wet. William Wilson and his team were called at 6:30-7 am and were at our home within the hour. While his team started shopvacking the water on top he took the time to explain to us what they were looking for and the next steps of what they are going to do, while also putting us at ease stating that it will all be taken care of. His team took up the floor, took off baseboard, removed soaked padding under carpet, set up 8 large blowers, and one industrial dehumidifier to prevent molding along the walls. He even got us in contact with an affordable plumber, who came out and replaced our water heater before 11am the same morning. If I can highlight anything about their services besides the excellent quality of work it would have to be the communication. I loved he took the time to explain what was going on and the steps being taken to prevent mold and his willingness to answer all my many calls over the next 3 days. Iâ m truly a worry-wart but his calm demeanor and how he showed he truly cared put me at ease. I really appreciate he went above and beyond to even find us the best priced plumber. 10/10 would use for all future necessary services!

We hired CRS 1st Response for model remediation and restoration. We discovered mold in the walls of our laundry room due to a leak from our plumbing in the wall. William came to our house on a weekend to look at the damage, understand our needs and leverage that against our budget. He came back with a very detailed quote that outlined the scope of work, expectations and costs. William and team acted quickly to remove the drywall, floor, subfloor and insulation impacted by the leak. They sealed off the impacted portions of our house and installed HEPA units to dry out and remove mold from the air. Once the mold was removed CRS got to work on the restoration. They installed a new subfloor, tile floor, new drywall, painted the room and installed new cabinets, countertop and shelving. We had some change requests throughout the course of the project and William updated his quote when required. Pricing was fair and the workmanship was great. We love the final product.

William and his team did a phenomenal job on the mold remediation and reconstruction of my kitchen/laundry room after water damage put a damper on our summer. The attention to detail, price, and customer service were beyond my expectations! Each member of the team that worked on my home truly wanted to provide me with the best experience possible and for that I am incredibly grateful. If I could provide a recommendation for improvement- it would only be for better communication if there were to be an arrival delay. Otherwise, I have no other feedback, I would absolutely trust CRS and recommend CRS to my friends and family for any work they may need done! William Wilson owner of company certainly has exceptional people skills,customer service and a heart of gold going out of his way in assisting me in this very tough period of a recent loss of my dad and near loss of the house due to water damage resulting in mold damage. This company was amazing! The owner is hands on, incredibly knowledgeable, and completely managed the clean up and restoration start to finish during a very stressful time for our family. CRS 1st response did an outstanding job dealing with leak issues in our basement. They fixed the source of leak immediately and made sure all area was dry. Drywall repair was swift. CRS has a a professional crew, who are punctual, and meticulous in their work. Both Will and DeVante have been been great to work with! Extremely pleased with their work. I have already recommended CRS to my friends and colleagues!!

CRS is top notch when it comes to their responsiveness and thoroughness. We had two areas in our new home which required remediation and William and his team did a fabulous job. I called CRS - first name i found online- because of a basement flooding. SUNDAY! The owner answered and said "be there in one hour with my crew!" WHO DOES THAT and not charge for that?CRS was extremely efficient and cost was very reasonable. Very amicable, knowledgeable, respectful and best I could've hired. I highly recommend William and Devonte for anyone requiring this form of service. CRS came and conquered!

CRS repaired our ceiling after a plumbing problem. Actually they completed the work that the plumbers left unfinished. They were responsive to how we hoped the work would be done, leaving the space looking better than it started. They were prompt, trustworthy and considerate. Hope we have no further emergencies, but if we do, they will be our first phone call.

THIS IS ONE OUTSTANDING COMPANY THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB.
