CRS did an appraisal on our house. Our house is an Isle of Palms address. On the appraisal they used Dewees Island for comps which is lower than IOP. They also listed 4 bedrooms when we have 5. When we made them aware of that, they issued the exact same report. They did not use IOP for comps and did not increase it at all for the additional bedroom. I would not recommend them if you need an appraisal. They charge a lot of money for an inaccurate report.

Never showed up. Never answered calls. Called home office and no one answered. Hired another company. Dont waste your time or money here!
