We added square footage to our home in Kensington and extended the bathroom and the closet. He is well organized and quality of work looks to be pretty good. Benny was our project manager as well, it was assuring to see him coming on site often to check on the project. There was an hurdle in this project due to recalled power panel replacement, which was on a wall to be demoed. He hired the right person to outsource that and he took ownership of all other issues pertaining to this hardball.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
I did an addition to the square feet of my living room and bedroom and I also remodeled my bathroom and closet as well as my yards. Benny (CRS Builders CEO) was very attentive and friendly, he supervised himself that the workers were doing their job, and he even offered many suggestions on how to improve my construction. He always answered my calls and texts and he always answered all my questions. He was always on point whenever I called him to tell him something wasn't done right or was missing and he would make sure it was corrected and done the way I asked. Like any business we had a couple disagreements throughout the entire project but we always talked about them and continued with the project making sure the construction was made to what I wanted. I would highly recommend them. I love the end product and it made me feel like it was all worth it!

From the time we requested a quote, Crs Builder's crew was there to guide and advise us on our renovation. Team listened to the details of what we wanted and helped us choose the elements that fit our tastes, they also helped us realize the possibilities of the space and designed a gorgeous kitchen. CRS Builders team is truly amazing. They are professional, thorough, and friendly. I was in the process of selling my home and needed to update a bathroom. I met with their representative to discuss optional designs and construction ideas. There was no rush, and he made sure that all of my questions and concerns were met. He was thorough in detailing the pros and cons of the current set up. I'm quite happy with the end product. My old Jacuzzi have been replaced, shower and wall tile installed, including nice floor tiles to match. The finished job exceeded my expectations and reflected attention to detail. I appreciated the team was diligent, polite and kept things tidy. Highly recommended!

Overall, the experience has been Amazing! CRS Builders don a great job for me. They were responsive and highly knowledgeable contractors; their quotes and timelines have all been reasonable and accurate, which is a rarity for most contractors.
