They gave me an estimate and did the tree trim on the same day. The workers were skilled, efficient and cleaned up the area well after they were done. Would use them again.

Jacob Miller followed up my visit to Home Advisor in about 10 minutes with a text. Called me the next morning and came out to my house about an hour later. He seemed to understand what I wanted and his estimate was so good that I didn't pursue any more estimates. Am completely satisfied.

Obtain thorough understanding on what you expect upon job completion, to include clean up and location of any logs left behind. They left logs in middle of my back yard and as a result, didn't grind one of the stumps they were supposed to. The logs were in the way and stump grinder couldn't gain access to it. When they returned for payment, they moved the logs to a more acceptable location without any hassle. Props for that but, the stump still hasn't been removed. I wasn't there to oversee the project but, when dealing with true professionals, you shouldn't have to. Be advised that this review is for this specific project. When dealing directly with the workers, I found them honest and hard working. Would hire them again but, would deal with them directly and by-pass any front person.

Jacob was great. He understood exactly what I wanted my yard to look like. He did the estimate in his head. I hired him on the spot. He provided me by email with a copy of his insurance and a run down of the job ahead. He and his team removed one tree and trimmed back three others. The job was completed within 7 days as promised. The yard looks great. The work was excellent, and the price was most affordable.

The owner kept me informed of the process. Did the work in a timely manner and kept my property clean and maintain during the process.

Jacob and his team were great! They came right out and jumped in pruning and thinning 4 trees. We had concerns about keeping them not only healthy but visually looking good and they were patient and explained everything they would recommend very clearly and listened to our concerns and preferences. When they were done they cleaned up thoroughly. Overall they did a fantastic job for a very reasonable and fair price. We would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

Jacob was very nice and the most affordable in the area. He did everything he said he would and even remover a branch from the roof. They came quickly and removed the trees, everything was satisfactory.

Guys did a great job taking down two large trees that were very close to the house without the use of a crane and without any issues.

Great customer service. Jacob was very accommodating. Guys did a great job taking down a mature tree next to our house. A large limb was resting on the roof after recent snow & ice. They were able to remove it without issue and in a short amount of time. The crew worked hard and cleaned afterward.

Great service. Very fast. Took great care to not damage nearby landscaping. Cleaned up all debris, raked and blew. 90min later, it was like they were never there and our tree was gone! All for much less than the other companies that quoted us. Highly recommend.

Getting a quote was easy, getting the work done took three missed appointments, the actual work was done by another company, Silver Axe, seems like CR Tree was a re seller, still waiting on receipt from Steve for the work. I do not like having to play foreman, by explaining the work a second time to a third party. The work was done to satisfaction, uneasy about the change of companies.

We used them for cleaning up a downed tree and prune a bunch of trees around the house. They did a great job and cleaned up the yard after they were done. Friendly people and willing to make customers happy.

CR Tree Service responded immediately to my estimate request. Quickly agreed to a price and showed up the day they promised. Work was completed quickly and with no major impact to my property. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

All went well. We were surprised we got some pushback when we used a credit card. They accepted it, though.
