Disappointing; substandard roofing work. Had them replace the rear half of a roof due to leaks at the ridge vent. They did not cap the ridge vent with shingles, did not replace the felt on the home (but charged for the same), the drip edge installation has a huge gap to the fascia and lots of nails poking through, and they did not remove the gutter screens and clean the gutters of the roof installation debris, they did not properly trim off the shingles along the drip edge and no sealing was done to the chimney flashing. Worst roofing job I have done in 40 years and as a landlord, I have had many done.

"What this customer is not telling along with misleading you is that. The ridge vent was not capped because we used a metal ridge vent that does not require overlaying with shingles. The drip edge he is talking about has a gap in between it and the fascia because whoever installed the fascia prior to us tearing the roof of did not install it correctly. The drip edge was reinstalled the exact way it was removed. The customer is absolutely correct the old felt paper was not completely removed but there was brand new synthetic felt paper installed over the old. It is not necessary to remove the old in it is entirety. But new was most certainly install."
