I paid 3500.00 and he never showed up to do the work , He said it would be done in 10 days , the check was cashed the day after it was wrote

First off, he does give a great quote. But, he took my money & never completed the job. He came 1 day to do SOME work & gave excuses about flat tires and then water in wiring. Now I have a mess in my yard & he hasn't responded back to me in over 2 weeks, after the week plus of excuses for not being able to do any work. I will be suing for my money to be refunded. If anyone risks working with him, get a signed contract, dont pay anything until after the first full day of work is completed, and as part of the contract: specify when work should be completed by, a reasonable duration for work to be completed once began, and that if work isn't completed by XX date that all moneys paid shall be returned plus legal fees and any costs incurred to fix partial work completed. ***Buyer Beware.

Excellent work. Mr.Seger was efficient and I would highly recommend him to someone else.

CS Contracting, LLC owner Mr. Cullen Seger has excellent customer service and takes a great deal of pride in his work. I scheduled a time for my needed yard grading and Cullen called to let us know he was running late. (Who does that today?) He answered calls and emails promptly and kept us informed on the progress of the job. We were very satisfied with the finished project.

They had great service and did good work. They were responsive.
