Was not a fan. They did not perform the 21 point check or diagnose to find the problem. Lead electrician came in and based his time on what I said, someone who is naive to electrical work. I guess what might be wrong and he went with that without doing any diagnosing.

Hi Fatima, Sorry you had a bad experience. We always perform a 12 point inspection included with our dispatch fee at no extra cost. I do see we visited you at about 7 PM Eddie was probably going to return to perform the included inspection due to the late hour and it takes about 60- 90 minutes on average. We do use straight forward pricing out of a book/tablet by the job not by the hour. I know its a late response and I apologize for that. I have some options I would like to discuss with you directly being that we did not get the opportunity to provide you with our services. My direct cell phone is 631-XXXX. Hi way robbery. My doorbell/intercom replacement wound up costing me $854. The part was only $144. Their trucks are Mercedes. Guess that’s how they can afford them. This company is for the rich only. Would never recommend them unless you want your money taken. $63 just to walk in the door and look at your electrical system. $283 to diagnose the problem. $508 for new part and installation which only took 30 minutes. Such a rip-off.

The electricians who came to my home were professional and courteous. I did feel that the price for the service was a bit high for what needed to be done but their customer service worked with me after the fact to make me feel more comfortable with the job.
