Took 3 hours, carpet had to dry overnight, but i felt it was extremely clean and done very well

Called over the weekend and they were in touch on Monday and came out to give a quote. Original appointment was that Thursday but we rescheduled to Wednesday. The cleaning went very well. They are definitely not the cheapest option but when I need my carpets cleaned again I will be calling CSI.

I am very pleased with the result of the cleaning. The tech took pains to get out a couple of stains that there. The carpet looks like it did when it was brand new.

Very pleased with this service. My carpets look great and felt soft when dry rather than stiff. It may be a little more expensive than other services, but well worth it in my opinion. I will remeber this company when I'm ready to have my carpets cleaned again.

My husband and I just bought our home. Deborah and her assistant Phillip did a very good job with my 12-year old carpeting and a wool area rug. She notified me of several concerns with the carpet related to its age and with the rug, which was made of wool. The beige carpet looks much better and I could set my furniture into the house the next day. The area rug had some stains that the wool would not release, but I could now see its pattern.

Duncan wan very professional. My carpets were badly stained and although he was not able to completely remove a few, he did point them out. My carpets look better than when we had Stanley Steamer do them several years ago. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
