The sprinkler system issue was resolved by CSI. Part of that resolution was to replace two sprinkler heads. The sprinkler heads were replaced with sprinkler heads that do not meet my needs and I have asked that they be replaced with two sprinkler heads better suited to my application. After multiple calls, CSI has not responded to fixing this remaining issue. I continue to call but my calls go unanswered.
