The project was completed on time and was done per the contract. The quality of the tile work was excellant. There was initially a problem with the bathroom mirror, but the contractor resolved to my satisfaction. I would use them again.

I'm not sure if I would recommend or not. There were pluses and minuses. The men who actually did the work were great and professionals, not day laborers. Knowledgeable and pleasant. The price was about $1500 more than the other two quotes I received, so I expected a great final project. While it was generally good, they did not take the time to plane down an underlying crossmember,so the floor is uneven in one area. The owner underestimated the material required, so they could not complete the job, leaving two large open areas. It took almost 2 weeks for the materials to arrive and we were not called and told of the until we called them

"were in constant communication w/ this customer via ph and email. The manufacturer did run short on materials for decking then we had to wait for fabrication of. the whole project took a total of 1day and 2 hrs. we did put forth our best effort.we realized why the product was delayed we notified the homeowner right away. As far as the price the customer signed and agreed to the price and then came back w/ a lower price and we werent even sure whether on all asp we were comparing apples to apples on the railings. deck iss. would take alot more than planing to make it even.contract was to remove deck boards not redo frame."

Very good experience. Scott and his crew were very diligent. He did what he promised. The deck was built exactly as I had discussed it with him. I got what I wanted and they did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

CS Lombardi completed tasks in a timely and professional manner.. Their price was very reasonabler and they were very professional in completing all scheduled task.. I would def use or reccomend CS Lombardi to a friend.. I dont knw how to praise them enough because they really did an impeccable job and included tasks which they knew would cause me problems down the road and for that I can thank them enough..

He used cheap wood and took advantage of my ignorance about decking. He did a lousy job.

"DECKING WAS FROM A REPUTABLE LUMBER HSE KUIKEN LUMBER. THE LUMBER HSE WENT OUT AND TOLD THEM THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE SEALED THE DECK 2 WKS AFTER INSTALL THEY SHOULD HAVE LET IT CURE. THEY TOLD H/O TO SAND OFF AND RESEAL. THEY GAVE H/O FREE SEALANT AND TOLD H/O TO SAND OFF AND FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS ON SEALANT.WE WERE RESPONSIVE TO CUST AND WE TRIED TO SATISFY. TOOK CARE OF AS BEST WE COULD."

The basement remodeling turned out great. Work was performed for the estimated cost with no last minute additions. They accomdated several small changes I had as the project progressed without any hassle. The workers were very professional and took great care to clean up each and every day. Only issue I had is that the project was stretched over several weeks due to scheduling issues on the contractors end but this was not a huge problem. I would highly recommend them as they are honest, professional, provide accurate estimates that they stand behind and their work is top notch.

Once the drawings, permits, and approval of the holes for the posts were approved by the town (which took months), the deck proceeded in a timely and professional fashion. The office personnel are extremely helpful and nice, and ALWAYS returned my phone calls. AA+++ to Holly and the professional craftsmen who did a really nice job on my new deck. We're very pleased. Thank you to Scott for a well run company! Your work is appreciated.

DId like LIke them But on Commuation Never Returned calls Sloppy Job With the dry wall. Had to have them back on three times for repairs and finish. huband had redue painting. When they Grouded the Floor with Black Grout then they sanding the wall and the dust went in Grout had to redue and had to order a Pain for the Grount to Correct.they sratch the Bran new tolet seat.

"We were very communicative. We were very limited on time because we could only get in to the hse on mon and fridays.due to the h/o work schedule. We always were in contact w/ them on a weekly basis due to the process of getting into there home to do the work. mrs.k was very nice, at the end of the job there were 6 employees adressing her issues she was very happy when we left the job."

Pricing was considerably less than other contractors and I am pleased with the outcome. A few issues arose but Scott was quick to remedy. Job stayed on budget. I would consider CS Lombardi for future jobs.

They were on time, completed the job on schedule, and were very responsive to our requests. The office staff was very pleasant and very helpful as well.
