We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality, and the customer service that we provide to meet our clients needs. Our staff have worked in the environmental consulting field for more than 30 years. We specialize in assisting clients with soil and groundwater testing associated with commercial and residential underground storage tanks (USTs) and above-ground storage tanks (ASTs) and can advise them on other environmental issues commonly encountered during real estate transactions. We also provide the services needed to properly abandon water supply wells and groundwater monitoring wells including obtaining the County permits, if necessary. From the start to the completion of a project, it is our mission to educate clients, to fully explain the project's scope of work, and provide timely site work and reporting. We take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner.

After reaching out to a couple of referrals from HomeAdvisor, Alex promptly contacted me and arranged to do a site inspection. He handled all of the arrangements to have the tank pumped, and was on site for the tank removal and replacement of the soil by the backhoe operator. After completion, he wrote a thorough summary report complete with photos of the project. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. It was great to have professional advice and guidance start to finish. I can highly recommend CSM Environmental.

Alex removed and disposed of the tank, filled in empty space, spread grass seed and straw in one day. You would not know a tank had been there. He is very knowledgeable of regulations and necessary paperwork . For a fee, he filled out and filed all the necessary documents. Well worth it! Highly recommend!

Alex at CSM quoted, verified and pulled together additional resources very quickly in order to get a large kerosene storage tank removed from our property with 200 gallons of fuel left inside. I cannot praise Alex and the CMS crew more highly! Alex showed up the day I called and gave his expert opinion and likely estimation of cost. I was very impressed with his experience and knowledge of UST removal. He got the job done within 2 days including restoration of both my neighbor s and my own property, replanting trees and shrubs! He was on hand all the time during the removal, supervising the work and for weeks after handling all the confusing paperwork required to satisfy the authorities; I am so grateful for this. Alex is a man of integrity and purpose; he carries out what he promises, a thorough professional in my book not to mention he is courteous and likable too!
