Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
They left two areas incomplete which would have leaked badly. I had to repair their work myself before the sink was useable.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
I had the certified plumber remove a gas grill with a gas line underground. He arrived on time and had the grill out and set out for trash pickup so fast, it was impressive. It took me longer to call 811 & Gas co. To find out who I needed to call. He was very nice & professional. And the area where the grill was, looks like it was never there. I will call them next time I need plumbing service.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
Everything went well. The only minor glitch was having to reschedule our appointment (weather backed up other projects). I would definitely use these folks again for plumbing work.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Very quick to respond, and not trying to sell services or products that arenâ  t needed. Would highly recommend!

Tankless Water Heater Installation
I can't say enough about this company. The plumber John was a breathe of fresh air when it came to helping us. He was honest and explained the whole process to us. He also fixed things that were not even in our quote. We are customers for life.

They arrived next day and discovered my faucet was broken and gave me an option to fix or replace. I opted to buy a new faucet. He came out next day to install!ð  Â

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
Rebecca was quick to respond. She sent the crew next day to replace the Sink. There was some communication challenges but they did own it and help with the best they can do. The guys wore mask and they were very professional. Went out of the way to reuse the existing faucet. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to change kitchen sink. Thanks Rebecca.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
They were awesome. They contacted me immediately and came to visit on the same day I contacted them. They attempted to fix me water heater, and when that wasn’t an option, I was presented with an affordable replacement option. CSNA was prompt and did quality work. They worked with my schedule and I couldn’t be happier.

Gas Piping
Consolidated Services of NA not only fixed my gas leak, they did so the next day. Every other plumber I called were making me wait two weeks before they could send a tech. My tech from CS of NA fixed the leak very quickly and ensured my appliance was working before leaving. They also had very fair pricing. I would definitely use them for any of my future plumbing needs.

Gas Piping
After scheduling a quote for a gas line install for a pool heater I got a call within 3 minutes. A technician was at my home within the hour to look the property over. I had a quote in hand by dinner that day. Great experience for getting a quote and the most reasonable and realistic quote I have gotten for the project thus far. Mostly I have gotten no response or a wait 2-5 weeks and we may get someone out there. Update 2 months later - After having the gas line installed as designed by the company and having my pool company come out and install the pool heater, I cannot operate the heater due to too low of pressure at the appliance. This is caused by an incorrect design in the gas line. I have been going back and forth with CSNA about this issue for the last 2 months and so far all they have done is to apply for a permit with the city to get the work that they have already done inspected. Currently they want CenterPoint to come out and increase the gas pressure to all of my appliances to more than 4 times their maximum working pressure! I know that CenterPoint is not going to do this. Long story short - CSNA did not design or quote the work correctly and are now giving me the run around in trying to get it resolved. They are telling me they want to go down the longest path in resolving this instead of doing the math and fixing this the right way, the way that every other plumber that has been out here quoted to me originally. The work that they have performed looks nice and professional, but if it does not do what it is supposed to, then what good is it? Yes, they were very quick to respond initially and in general are rather responsive by email, but they still have not addressed my questions and concerns even on paper yet. I had brought up my concerns about the pressure drop over such a long line at every step of the process so far and each time their response was an emphatic **it ill work fine!** ****Update 9/23/2021 **** I started this project back around 4/1/2021 - to get a new gas line installed to support a new pool heater. For those not counting, that's almost 6 months. Length of run is around 150'-170'. I now have the gas line installed the way it should have been from the beginning. Cost me a little extra as they underbid the job, and it took quite a few months longer than it should have. It also took a total of 7 different plumbers to show up in 3 different groups in a total of 8 trips, almost 60 emails, a long string of texts and a few phone calls to get to where we are now - with a permit and passed inspection, waiting on CenterPoint to upgrade the meter. I've not had any personal issues with anyone that I have met with this company or issues with the quality of their work. The initial design was the main issue I had. The first plumber, with his two assistants, did the design wrong and I don't think I pushed hard enough the first time around. The second plumber and his two assistants came out twice, just because the work spilled over from one day to another. The third plumber came out multiple times, mostly due to a small leak with a product that he hasn't been trained on using that had been installed by the prior two plumbers. The main reason I wouldn't recommend this company to a friend - my experience showed that the office staff isn't very professional in their communications. If you have an issue with an employee, you take care of it and don't tell the client unless the client pushes on it. If you blow up at an employee, you don't offer up that information to the client. I've had a poor experience with this company. Others may not. I know that it is possible that this was a one off issue, but the issues and delays kept on coming through the project, so I don't think that's quite the case.

Gas Piping
I needed an oven/stove gas shutoff valve for the new gas oven I purchased yesterday. After living thru the deep freeze in February 2021, I could not endure have no way to cook meals on the electric one. I went to Home Advisor (first time) asked a few companyâ s to call (also called John Moore who refused me as a new customer and ARS who might call me back this week, maybe). Within an hour, a kind & professional lady called me back from Consolidated Services of North America. I explained I was so stressed and didnâ t sleep worrying about who would or could install a shutoff valve for my gas line and the delivery of the new stove would be next week (April). She said no problem and she would send someone over today!!! An hour later, this tall smiling and friendly fellow came over, had to get a few parts he was missing, shut the gas off to the house and installed the shutoff valve perfectly! He did need to go into my attic, blocked by some boxes so he smiled and helped me move the boxes!!! Who does that? What a professional company, amazing gas plumber and friendly staff to boot! I called the office back and will have some business cards mailed to me!!! I am going to keep this card in my purse and pass them out to family and friends!! Also, when the gas plumber came to offer me a free estimate, I asked if they give Military Discounts, and I was ask to speak with the office dispatcher lady. She told me should would extend me the Military Discount! I know this company does much more than gas, plumbing, HVAC, etc. All I know is the estimate was very fair, the work was completed in record time, the staff are very professional and kind!!! This is my number one go to company from now on! Thank you John! Bravo!!!
