Be more professional. Communicate. Let the customers know if something going wrong if there is a delay. No communication. If you cannot supply the service let the customer know.

Wanted to charge me full price of repair before job was complete. I simply told him I would pay once job was complete and fridge was fixed because he seemed to be guessing and wanting to throw parts and charges on the job. He stormed out and refused to complete the job.

"hello Brad thanks for the comment I'm sorry you don't understand our policy we charge parts and labor up front before we start the job to ensure we are paid in full for the completion of the job it's just our policy we have had people in the past say okay do the job and then they wouldn't pay after their repair is completed. that's why we have that policy intact. thanks and enjoy the rest of your day"

I hired Aaron to repair the faceplate on my ice maker as the buttons were broken. . He responded to my call within the hour of putting in my service request and came to my house the same day, He had to order a part which took a couple of weeks (probably due to covid) but came out on a Saturday to finish up the repair. I would hire him again.

Did not complete job as requested and then ignored my request to complete the. Job. Damaged wall and refused to take responsibility. Blamed another technician who fixed the problem he did not. Avoid this company.

"As we stated before, we repaired your unit on July 30th, 2020 and you didn't contact us until August 28, 2020. You told us you had someone else come look at and fix your unit between that time so we have no idea what they could have done. We have photos from July 30th, showing no damage was done to your wall, that we provided to you. I'm not sure what you want us to do. We are not taking responsibility for something we did not do."

He was on time and courteous. However, his work quality was sloppy. After he left we turned on the garbage disposal and it sounded awful. Immediately turned it off, and found a medal clamp in the disposal. This clamp came off of the dishwasher, which is what he install. I'm sure it was an accident, but he is so unorganized that he puts pieces and parts everywhere. Also have to call someone to come redo the installation since we can see the screws where he secured the dishwasher to the cabinet. I do not recommend him.

Aaron was the repair man. He was courtesy and cleaned up after the job. He explained what was wrong, what needed to be done to fix it, and how much it would cost. He had to leave to get a part and was back before he said he would be. Will definitely use them again.
