CSR Construction

Started off with a very poor and inaccurate estimate. I paid a substantial deposit. They took a closer look and was told that the roofing repair job could not be done for anywhere near the price quoted. After I made numerous calls for status with no responses, they finally showed up, did some patch work after climbing on my angry neighbor's roof without permission, kept the deposit, and were never heard from again. My calls remained unanswered and my certified letter, asking for status was returned unopened. In spite of all the aforementioned, the patch work did seem to stop some major leaking problems - no obvious signs to date.

Steven& Judy Ehrlich stole $5200 dollars from me. Steve was paid $3700 for the roof, � ceiling in kitchen& bedroom(K&B). My insurance co. was called & a claim filed at the urgency of Steve. When the claim was approved for inside work on my K&B Steve begged me for the check to pay his men& buy supplies. This check was for $5200. His wife cashed the check he abandoned the job. He did not complete the drywall, replace the floors, insulation, kitchen cabinets, left water running in the kitchen sink.

CSR had replaced are slate roof with all new slate and copper gutters, and had done an exceptional job would definitely recomend for this type of job to any customer in the future.very clean and done in a timely matter during winter.We are vary satisfied with the work, there crew of guys were very polite.

I hired him to fix a leak in my roof. I paid him $1350 and the roof is still leaking. I cannot get him to return my phone calls. Can you please help me?

Over all good job and reasonable cost for the value and budget.

While I initially gave this company a high mark, I have revised the ratings down. Steve made the repairs and provided a written 5 year warranty. However, when my roof leaked three weeks later, he has not responded to my requests for repair. I have left two messages (at home, I believe with his wife, who was very nice and apologetic), and one message on his cellphone. When his home/office number doesn't answer, you just get a fax tone. Can't even leave a message. This is shabby since I paid $1700.
