He does not stand behind his work, the quality of work is poor and unprofessional and he takes your money and walks away.

"This customer reached out to me to repair cracks in her basement that were leaking. I told her from the beginning that the problem is on the outside. She requested a bandaid fix which I reluctantly did. She initially wrote a five star review upon completion. She called and said the bandaid didnt fix all the leaking. I went back a second time and applied another product at no charge, again telling her the issue is outside and this is not fixing the problem. She then sent me YouTube videos wanting me to chisel the cracks in her foundation - potentially compromising the structure. I told her I was not doing that - she requested I meet with her f"
