Ched Spence Renovations

Chad did the work I contracted him to do. It was done right and for a reasonable price. Chad is dependable, personable, and seems to genuinely care about the needs of his clients. He listened to what I wanted and made good suggestions. He also saw some extra things that needed done and took care of them. I would definitely use Chad Spence Renovations in the future.

Excellent!

Ched was very professional during our interactions. He quickly came over to see the repairs I needed and finished within 24 hours. The work was done very well and I’m very happy with the results. Will definitely reach out to him in the future for additional work needed.

Ched is a true gem! Extremely polite, professional and consistent with his communication. My dad was rude to him when he first walked in the door, assuming that Ched was a salesman. Ched was extremely relaxed, calm and defused the situation with charm and completed the tasks required. He has great energy, does great work and I look forward to using him in the near future!😍

Working with Ched has been a pleasure. He is very professional and does exceptional work. I had some painting that needed to be done in the kitchen in a difficult area above the stove and also needed two 4” high granite backsplashes cut to size and attached to the wall along with some additional painting. The job turn out great and my wife can not believe what a difference those small changes made in the kitchen. He made such an impression on me I plan to give him a call first if I need any additional work done ( big or small ) in the future.

If you need a reliable, top-notch handyman, look no further than Ched Spence Renovations. Ched completed my job with remarkable efficiency, getting everything done quickly without sacrificing quality. His customer service is outstanding—he is thoroughly professional, polite, and great to work with. What I appreciated most was his total honesty; if there was something outside his scope of work, he was completely upfront about it rather than trying to take it on. To top it all off, he backs his work with a one-year warranty, which gives you fantastic peace of mind. I highly recommend Ched for any handyman projects around your home!

Ched was professional, courteous and amazing at his craft. He was always on time, kept me informed to what he was doing next and cleaned up everything before he left for the day. Would highly recommend him to anyone! He replaced footed and casings, repaired my bedroom ceiling and hung a fan and replaced the handle on a storm door. Looking forward to the next project with him!

Ched was timely, efficient and meticulous.. He was pleasant, informative and friendly. We will be hiring Ched to do some more jobs for us in the future. Comes highly recommended.

Ched did a fantastic job fixing broken tiles in my home. He was professional and easy to work with. Additionally, Ched was a great communicator. I have already hired him again for another project!

I don't usually give reviews whether the job was done well or not. However, I am making an exception for Ched. He replaced over 25 broken floor tiles in my home. He showed up on time and completed the job exactly as promised. The end result exceeded my expectation. Additionally, he worked within our budget to complete a backsplash project. Again, he exceeded our expectations. Ched is easy to work with and does a great job. I highly recommend him and will use him again on future projects.

Ched was nothing short of amazing. He handled every task that was agreed upon and assembled every piece of furniture perfectly. The mounted television is seamless and the cables are out of sight. If I ever need anything else done around the house I know who to call! Thanks brother!

Ched Spence and Austin were terrific. The installed hurricane straps in the truss areas. They even moved boxes and some containers for us to install the hurricane straps. I highly recommend Ched Spence Renovations.
