Beware, do not use this company, they are not honest. They are operating under a name of a company that no longer exists. They also are fraudently using this companies license number. Call the CA state contractor's lic. board before doing business with them and they will confirm this info. They came to unclog a laundry room sink and left it in the same condition, however charged $1650 to install a clean-out. When I had them return because the sink still wasn't draining, they said they could fix it for another $6,000. Total crooks who prey upon the elderly. They did not give me a receipt without my asking for one. I will be following up with the Attorney General's office. Sadly, I cannot trust Angi to provide reputable workmen.

We needed our sewer line replaced and John came out to give me a bid, he seemed trustworthy but beware! It has been 3 months since he started the job and it is left unfinished, he lacks professionalism and does not communicate. He left holes in the ground unpatched, debris and tools everywhere and faucet leaking after halfway replacing the water heater. one of his employees named Lonnie, left syringes and used drugs on the job site. This is a home project nightmare and I am seeking an attorney. I will report on all online platforms and may remove if he decides to complete the work, otherwise, here is the truth about this contractor and his company

Very impressed by the individual interest in getting the job done right. Not just the boss, everyone had a personal interest.

John and Rudy were amazing. Kept me up to date with the project and even though Rudy had to dig the hole twice he never complained. Cleaned up nicely and followed up to check in on the work. Work done: Replace 10-12 feet of sewer line under a driveway and replace interior sewer hook ups

Buyer beware does not fulfill expectations project is done wrong not completed at all poor expectations poor planning poor communication

Our home had a septic system that was illegally installed using cheap thin wall PVC that collapsed when the fill dirt covered the trench. Over time, the system backed up and would not drain properly. The initial plan was to replace the cheap PVC from the tank to the distribution box with SDR17, however we found the line to be over 5 feet deep, (it was a long run) which means the leach field had to be as deep or deeper.....John analyzed the existing system and decided there was no way to make it work, while at the same time meeting code. He came up with a plan to build a new system on the other side of the property where there was adequate room for a "D" box and leach lines. I was and am very impressed with John's work ethic, and that goes for the men that worked on our system - HARD workers all.......and watching Robert operate the excavator was artistry in motion. Had great communication from the start, worked had through the weekend to replace our old sewer line, with minimal digging compared to other companies we spoke to. Complications with unforeseen issues due to the age of our plumbing, (we have an older period Victorian), were met with careful solutions.

They showed up on New Year's Eve when no other plumber would and without price gouging. They were professional and fast saving us big bucks on clearing a blocked drain as the holiday weekend started. They saved the day and started our New Year the right and fair way. Great service was provided.

We hired CT Allmon to do a sewage scope inspection for us for our home purchase and were pleased with the footage to show to our realtor/the seller.

They explained the job step-by-step, which was helpful because it had to be done in three stages complete replacement of my underground sewer pipes without removing the pipes. I did have to hire a cement guy that was not part of the job but the gentleman name given to me was unbelievably kind and very patient with us with all of our questions.

John was professional, on time and on bid and generally a great communicator. i would not hesitate to recommend or use his services again!

After having called 14 local plumbers most did not answer and those that did had no time or interest in my project. This team answered, asked qualifying questions made a recommendation and came to complete the job as committed to. They did a great job, courteous and focused on attention to detail. I will hire them again. We need more trade people like these guys.
