I hired Jay in November 2023 to look at my Ice Maker that stopped working. He came as scheduled, looked at the Ice Maker and could not fix it. He ordered a replacement and I gave him a check for the full amount. Two hours after he left, the Ice Make came to life. The main line was frozen. I called Jay back right away and he answered and told me he already had placed the order before he left my house. He could not cancel but when the unit arrived to him, he would send it back but there would be a restocking charge and he promised to send me the balance. I have not heard a word since. He is not returning my calls, answering my text or emails. Jay seemed to be a nice guy but there is no excuse for his behavior now. It is hard finding a reliable Repair Person and it seems DJ Home Services is not one of them. If he decides to do the right thing, I would be glad to retract this. I thought I found a good, honest repair person. I guess he would rather cheat his customersâ ¦.

Worst experience Never heard from him.

I would not use this company again they are a ripoff, they do not charge what they originally agreed

He was very unprofessional. He was on his cell phone the whole time and asked to use my bathroom. While he was in my bathroom I heard him going through my medicine cabinet. When he left I opened my cabinet and things were knocked over. Thank god I do not keep any prescription drugs in there. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Jay was friendly and professional. But beyond that, he was genuine. He respected my time and worked very hard to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently. Iâ  m definitely a satisfied customer and would highly recommend him.

I was having a problem with my oven. The heat was inconsistent. I called and the service technician came the same day. He was there within the timeframe I was given, he ordered the needed part and returned to replace the element. Stove works great now! I would highly recommend this company and specifically ask for Jay.
