Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Caleb was able help with the overall design Of our new deck. He went above & beyond To make sure all of our concerns were Addressed. It turned out wonderful. Caleb was hired to remove old plywood from a large shop and replace with siding and replace rotted wood where needed. He was also paid to put up drip edge and to add vents, which they did not. I paid him an extra an $200 to frame in a new window. They just stuck it in and did not frame anything around it and it is loose. There was a tree that had grown up next to the shop and instead of removing the tree they actually put up wood around it it. It was almost comical. Caleb showed up for 15 minutes in the morning and about 15 minutes in the late afternoon. He was not around to supervise. They went through my shop and pulled materials out from the rafters and scattered it everywhere. He used 3 guys to do the work and I suspect he found them at the Home Depot parking lot. He was paid to extend the roof in the front of shop. It is sloping so much it is very obvious and ugly. This man was paid over $5000.00 to do a job and he did not finish the work and /or the work is inferior. He was suppose to come back and fix and/or finish the work. He never showed up and never called. I would not hire him again to build a doghouse. He took advantage and cheated us.

When I did the final walk through and collected payment not only was none of this mentioned but you also said you were pleased with the work we had done. I'm very concerned and confused by such a low rating without even letting me know your unhappy. We stand by all of our work and always will. I pride myself on accountability. I always answer my phone unless its absolutely not possible in which case I return calls promptly. I have never received any calls from you after your project had been completed. We cant address issues we do not know about. 682-226-3454. That's not only my business line its also my cell phone and you are free to call me any time. If something needs addressed or you feel that something was overlooked then call me and I will fix it! We take customer service seriously. My team and I have spent time on putting plans into action to make sure we are doing everything in our power to deliver quality work with 100% customer satisfaction. If you read through our reviews you will find that your you are literally the only unsatisfied customer we have ever had. In fact. the lowest review prior to you was 4.5 and I was concerned with that. Your review is a .0.5, I truly am sorry about your disappointment but that review is unwarranted and completely unjustified."

Caleb and his guys do great work and I am so glad I found him. He is very thorough and explains everything about the requested project. Caleb has people who work for him that do all kinds of projects. I had them install cabinets in my laundry room and they did an excellent job. Then hired Caleb to replace the floor in my kitchen with tiles and again they did excellent work. I would definitely recommend Caleb to everyone.
