Almost 5 months of on and off work this is the best that they can do.. I am done working with Brian and TWH Construction LLC Troy Helmbolt TWH Construction LLC from Norwalk owner Troy Helmbolt was given a progress payment, then he will disappear for a day or at times he will send his guy to work half day not even a full week. I have to routinely send both of them a text to follow up with them about the job. While @ Brian from Norwalk received his full payment thinking that he will come back since his part is just simply to connect/hook up the bath tub, faucet and toilet bowl but instead when I texted him this is what he told me I will contact you soon to let you know when I can finish my part sent last Nov. 10. Meanwhile, I was left hanging with an unfinished project. I can provide pictures if needed

The contract said it would be completed in 2 weeks. After 2 months he stopped showing up and left the job half finished. I had to find a new contractor to finish the job. He gave me a partial refund, about half of what I think he owed me.
