He requested money to pay materials and he never delivered it and started a project and he never completed. His crew was coming out making it look like he was doing the job and he just took the money and never returned to do the job and is not an honest person. He took money from my neighbor and myself and ran away with it.

If I had to live in a tent because there was no one but Thomas to fix my home... I would live in the tent for the rest of my life. Not professional and a total disaster! I wish I could give him MINUS 5 stars!

It would have been better for me to do this by myself and learned it from you tube videos. I'm so unhappy. I used my inheritance to update properties and have nothing to show for it. Currently seeking recourse on all levels.

Lazy people working 6 hours average. Lacks skilled personnel. Lies too many times making excuses for not showing.

The owner and employees are very professional and are prompt to work and this company strives for customer satisfaction.

I hired this company to paint my house, do some general landscaping, fix some minor concrete wall issues, seal a walkway and patio, and replace a privacy gate. The work crew, often only two people, showed up asking me what was to be done each day. Wait, that's why I hired the company...I didn't anticipate becoming the work crew foreman. Daily, I found myself going behind the workers pointing out what needed to be touched up or redone. I only saw and spoke with the company owner when he gave me the bid for the job or to pick up payments. Originally, I was told that I didn't need to pay anything until the job was complete, however after the first week the owner approached me for over 2/3 of the total quoted so that he could make payroll for the week. That's when I KNEW this was a shady operation. I was also told the work would be completed within a week...this did not happen. I only needed to receive and have the gate hung when time ran out. I paid the balance of the quote, minus the cost quoted for the gate, and had to ask that they come back in a week as I had a planned vacation to attend. "No problem", I was told. I came back from my vacation and have been home 20 days...still no gate...not even a phone call. That's okay...I've contacted another company to make and hang a new privacy gate for half the cost!

Is there negative stars? Hired to build 12'x5' deck. The deck and workmanship looks like a tree-house. Uneven paint, every length of wood is different. Not one right angle on the whole thing. Sloppy paint, did not cover nails or sand the wood. They should be outrageously embarrassed about this. They have missed multiple appointments and refusing to answer the phone. Quoted 703.57... Then charged $857.75. Crew came back a 3rd time now, looks just as bad. No edging. Sloppy paint. See my review with pictures on google. And now damage to the house because the paint was splattered all over my brand new house. I want refund and may need to seek out-side counsel to get that done. Then hire another company to fix the damage to the house and rip this deck up and built it correctly. NIGHTMARE.

Four weeks for a two week job. Lied to me several times. Shoddy work and a rip off and a headache to deal with.

excellent work, nice and honest, better than most, the owner takes time to talk to you about what's going on and explains what they are doing so you know exactly what's happening
