After major renovations and extensive exterior upgrading that included new rainwater drainage/storage, a deck restoration, chimney/roof repairs and a new driveway, sale of our 1950s-era house was accomplished within weeks of placing it on the market. Both design and execution or the improvements were competently done, bringing everything up to code, while the excellent workmanship made the property very attractive to buyers. The architect/builder's expertise, suggestions for cost-effective modifications, attention to detail and assuring the overall quality of the work were top-notch.

Everyone was professional, detailed and incredibly clean. They completed our basement with full bath and they doubled the size of our deck. They were there every single day, including Saturdays. The work was outstanding. Javier's design was fantastic. They provided us two custom built cabinets, one being 14 feet long. Our house looks amazing and we can't wait to have them back again to complete more work. Have already recommended them to friends and neighbors. Everyone who sees our place thinks it looks wonderful.

This project wasn't just an Addition-it was a tear-down and rebuild of a portion of my house! I think I'm in a new home! Javier and his team worked expertly & diligently in crafting such a wonderful new home. The design was a difficult one, an pulled off flawlessly. Every detail was considered and addressed. They performed the work virtually every day without break until the project was complete. C&T also designed and created a spectacular terraced patio as part of the addition that was totally their idea. The entire staff from top to bottom were a pleasure to work with.

Being a layman, but knowing what I want, it was awesome to work with someone with great visualization. I could describe what I wanted at the goal level, and then Javier's creativity would take care of the rest. Also, he and his team have a great attention to detail, especially for things I did not even think about.
