Charlie was very easy to talk to and provided a quote very quickly. He also explained the whole project and answered all questions. Edward the electrician did an outstanding job installing a new service panel and meter. I would recommend this company for your electrical needs.

The owner Charles came out to my home and was able to get my electrical panel replaced day of and within 4 hours. Additionally he got the permits himself and the inspection from the Aurora before I paid. CT has amazing customer service and fast business.

I highly recommend CT Electrical. They came out quickly,explained what needed to be done and were able to replace the breaker box the same day. There was a problem the same night and they came back and fixed it. They pulled all the permits and made sure things were up to code. Explained everything to me as they did it. Great company. .

They sent an electrician that could not communicate. He had to call in several times to ask questions on a simple job. He did not know what to charge me. He had to call the office and I had to speak to someone and describe the job and get an amount that was different than the quote. NO INVOICE.

Charles was very responsive, good at following up, & friendly. He even showed up for the inspection with Xcel Energy to make sure everything was up to code. The techs were on time & professional as well. Thank you!
