My problem was fixed after diagnostic testing determined a bad capacitor. Todd had the part and fixed it promptly.... Very professional and reasonable cost. I would recommend him.

They did a great job. They did the work fast installed the evaporative cooler in just a few hours and everything seem to be working right.

Went over and above, It was Friday afternoon, I needed a part for my boiler, he was the only one who would get the part and come to my house to replace it.

Quick, courteous service for our furnace. The technician took the time to fully diagnose what the problem was and came out the next day to complete the service. He only charged one service call fee for the work.

I just moved here from Oklahoma, and when I had no heat in my house on the coldest day of the year (-22) in Erie, i didn't know who to call. I had ac installed and in the process the furnace went out. Totally unrelated to the ac installation. Todd and his crew came out after hours to check the furnace out and recommended I call the company that did the installation of the furnace because it was still under warranty. Todd even came over with 3 space heaters for me to use. I was very impressed. Todd was in contact with me throughout the process of the ac. He was on time, upfront with all costs and even disconnected and hauled away my swamp cooler. I would refer Todd and his crew to anyone.

It was a basic maintenance issue that they tried to walk us through over the phone so we would not incur a trip fee. They wound up having to come out anyway but while the tech was on site he gave us informative tips on basic maintenance that we could perform ourselves so we could avoid unnecessary costly trips or service fees.
