I would not recommend these people to anybody. I have been waiting almost a year for them to come fix there mess up and they come. I have pictures if you want to see what kind of job they do. Anyone is welcome to contact me.

Very professional

I hired Mr Nezat to restore our weathered stained and scored concrete on our patio. I wanted it as close to the original as possible with added texture to prevent slipping. We also asked to level out the concrete near the post because it was low lying and would collect water. About half way through the project, I was asked to approve it before sealing. It was at this point that I realized how terrible the work looked. The coloring is splotchy and uneven as well as the scoring. Too much concrete was added to the area by the post so it still collects water, just in a different area. When the coloring was added, it ran off so now there is a huge dark ring around the post. When questioned about the quality of the work, Mr Nezat refused to admit anything was wrong. He says only touch ups are needed and the project is ready for sealing. I have reached out to four different local contractors that tell me the work is not up to standard. Their advice was to grind it off and start over. I don't really trust this team to do that since they refuse to admit anything is wrong in the first place. The cherry on top of this all is that Mr Nezat refuses to speak to me, stating that he would only communicate with my husband even though I have been the primary source of communication all but two times. My name alone is on the estimate as well as the check he was paid with. Not my husband’s. When questioned why, he said it was because I sent after hours emails (a lot were individually sent pictures). Funny since all of the initial communication was done via after hours emails. The job remains incomplete and Mr Nezat still refuses to talk to me. This review was posted on Facebook with pictures. I also pointed out that some of the positive reviews were left by his friends, family, and colleagues. Mr Nezat conveniently edited his page's settings afterwards and reviews are no longer available.

We Love our patio. Ron was available to answer any questions and worked with us to get the look we wanted. The crew did a great job and were very professional. The finished product was even more than what we were expecting, and even more impressive was all time lines were met.

Very disappointed in the work and in Mr. Nezat. I was told that my patio would be leveled and after two attempts my patio is still not leveled. The color is not what I chose. His crew left foot prints in the patio and cannot be removed. After the second attempt, because I refuse to pay him after first attempt, Mr. Nezat never called or came by to check on the bad work his crew did. He never called me to ask if I was satisfied with the second attempt at trying to get the patio leveled. Very unprofessional and work was not worth the price I paid.

CTI was very polite, very quick, and did an awesome job. Mr. Nezat was very prompt in returning my calls when I had questions about my floor. His crew wasted no time in starting their work and finished in a very timely manner. I am extremely impressed and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
