I hired Brian Wilson the Owner of CTI of Mid America?? I had been contemplating putting down the CTI Product on my Patio- Porch, steps and Driveway since October 2021? I decided to do this and Paid Brian Wilson around January 13, 2022! Brian Wilson took my check and I had to call the District Attorneys Office to get him to even Speak to Me Again? Brian Wilson said that He Was Going To File A Complaint Against Me For Harassment if I Bother Him or His Wife Again about my $917.00 that I paid Brian Wilson on January 13, 2022? I filed a Complaint Finally with the District Attorneys Office on March 30, 2022! Brian Wilson said that the Dealer for CTI had a Restocking Fee of Over $300.00? So Supposedly I would lose Over $300.00 of My $917.00 which meant I would end up with about a refund $617.00? I Thought this was True so I agreed to let Brian Wilson do the Work, To Not Lose $300.00? I agreed to this on March 30, 2022 the Work was To Be Done by 4-30-2022? Brian Wilson Did not even have in his Possession The Appropriate Tools to Due The Job He was Hired To Do? He Had No Power-washer, Tarps, Plastic, Grinder, Truck or Other Supplies? Brian Wilson declared that his Truck With His Keys in the truck to His Storage Shed, That he had No Access To WAS IN The SHOP? Brian Wilson showed up the very first day and stayed for 45/Minutes? Putting Blue Painters Tape around Garage Doors, Steps and Porch? With A Promise of Returning? Brian Wilson tied up My Whole Day? The Next Day Brian Argued for 2-Hours that his Weather Radar Said it was Raining? When he and I both live in Gardner, Just looking Outside Proved No RAIN? Thursday the Second Day 4-28-2022 Brian Wilson showed UP with his 2/3 year old Granddaughter, Who Disarranged My Landscaping and he played squirting her with the Water as the Blue Tape Came Off. Then he left and pointed at her and was gone for 2-Hours? Brian came back with the Granddaughter stayed 45-minutes to an hour and left to go get his grandson Bubba from School In Ottawa, Kansas? He came back for 20 min and said he could not work passed 6pm because I went to the district attorney office on him.

I'm very happy with the finished basement floor. People should know that there can be time added on for drying times and taking care of issues. Each floor has different environmental factors (humidity etc) that can effect the process. Communication is key so that you understand the accessibility of your space and can make provisions for pets, or access to that space while it is unavailable. Ours was a walk-out basement and so it was super simple with 2 doors available. I was surprised how limited the smell was. It did NOT permeate the entire house. It was only strong for a very short period of time, like 30 minutes max and stayed contained to the basement area. We are extremely happy with the results. This solution was much better than other options from other vendors. The sample board helped us tremendously in making our decisions on color and finish and communicating those to CTI. Would highly recommend this vendor and this product.

He did a very good job. He was amazing, he put everything great. The color and texture were great.
