We are very happy with the job completed by CTM Carpet Care. The 30+ year old carpet in our basement was falling apart right beneath our feet. CTM did a fantastic job with the removal and then used their rug cleaning machine to wet vacuum the area in order to keep dust to a minimum. Charlie addressed all our questions and concerns, and explained everything he planned to do. Tondra kept us informed of the schedule and progress throughout. If you want your carpeting project to be done with the upmost care and pride of workmanship, then I would recommend CTM.

Finding a company to stretch a rippling carpet was next to impossible. SO glad to have found Charles & Tondra. Very professional, great personalities and I have a brand new carpet! CTM was excellent from start to finish. THEY show up and do the work not some random people showing up which is refreshing nowadays. You can tell they really take pride in their work after years of experience and genuinely want to get the job done right at a fair price. I will most certainly be hiring them again for some other carpet related projects later this year.

The Charles and Tondra were excellent. They were fast, efficient, trustworthy and the work performed was excellent. I had them stretch the carpet in 2 rooms, clean all the carpet and stairs and they taught me about carpet cleaning for in between services (what to do/ not to do). They also suggested a Teflon protectant and I had them come back the next day. I would definitely recommend their services for repair and cleaning.

Tondra called me within an hour of my posting. I sent her pictures of what needed to be done. We had had the carpet pulled back from the wall for some levelling work to be done. In addition we had had cement torn up and replaced too. They came within a week and were right on time. Charles said the concrete was too new for him to use the heavy tool for getting the carpet back down and under the baseboard. In three hours they had all the carpet that had been pulled back, tacked back down and the entire basement of carpeting cleaned. They worked very hard and fast and are really nice people. I will use them again, for sure.
