I cannot even explain how horrible the communication is with this company... I don't recommend them unless you want to follow up every day for 3 weeks and bend over backwards to get your services completed. Oh, and don't ask for an itemized copy of your invoice. You won't ever receive one. I could go on for days about how unprofessional this company is. Hateful. Rude. NEVER ON TIME!!! Unless you are jobless and have the time to wait around on them for DAYS / WEEKS, donâ t hire them. Doesnâ t respect your time. Just save your money, hire another company.

Chris was great. Friendly, personable, and WOW - on time! The first stop was exactly when they said. He had to return the next day and said he would be there first thing in the morning... 8:00 on the nose. He went right to work and didn't waste any time. This is our first experience with C&T and we will be using them again.

Chris was knowledgeable and skillful, but he was too expensive. $400 for one hour and twenty minutes. That is $300 an hour.

called C&T plumbing on Sun. afternoon for a possible main line leak, came out at 9am Mon. the technician Blake worked non-stop trying to find the leak and then determined it was excessive water run-off. Called C&T for what i owed told no=charge If i ever need another plumber i know who i will call.

Quick and seamless repair, but they had to reschedule me for the next day and didn't tell me until it was super late in the afternoon. Also a bit pricy but got the job done.

I call so many companies , they don't have the time for me because my project was to small so they don't want to mess with it but this guys help me and did it for me I definitely recommend them

Chris made our job a top priority! Had other utility companies out marking the property instantly. The water line breakage was done promptly and very professional. Very reasonable rates. Nicest guy you'll ever meet. Gave letter to submit to water company to help with the massive water loss. He will be my go to for all plumbing needs.

When the hot water goes out, it's an emergency. Chris came to the house almost immediately. By the end of the day, we had a new tankless water heater. Awesome RESPONSE. The job was done cleanly and efficiently. All questions answered and issues explained. He is a great plumber and very nice person. I recommend him!

I thought they were overpriced.

I hired this company on November 11, 2022. They gave me a quote for a office remodel which included running gas lines to a test kitchen and vent hood, Hot and cold water lines for the test kitchen and two bathrooms, to toilets, and a gas line outside to a gas manifold in the test kitchen. They gave me a quote of $4,909.10 to do the job. I gave them a down payment of $2,909.10, with a balance due upon completion. Almost 3 months later, the job is still not completed. To date, we still do not have hot water, one water heater is leaking. one vanity has been ripped out, bathrooms are still leaking, the gas lines in the test kitchen leak, and are loose in the wall, and the water faucets they installed in the test kitchen are backwards and poorly fitted. The fittings used on the hot water heater are improper causing it to leak. After their plumber left our building with the water leaking through the walls soaking our new carpet, he owner yelled at my bookkeeper because she got upset with him about the wet carper that we discovered after they attempted to hook up the lady bath faucets; he actually tossed a $20 dollar bill at her and said lunch was on him. She tried to give it back but he literally ran out of the building. He also got into an altercation with one of his employees inside my office and I thought I was going to have to pull out my concealed carry weapon. They were screaming at each other inside the building in front of my employees until I came out to find out what was going on. One was threatening to go after the other and I told them ALL to cool it off and come back later. Overall this is the most inept, unprofessional, rude company I have ever encountered. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

Professional, efficient. The projected performed was excellent work. Project completed and they cleaned up after completion. This was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them for plumbing projects.
