CTR was at our house within one hour of our call. Chris gave us several options and explained the the pros and cons of each. Within 24 hours we had a new system with the installation and cleanup done. We were very happy with the work performed. CTR is our new preferred provider for our heating and air conditioning services.

Kris was great! He gave us several different options to improve our AC and airflow while keeping our budget in mind. He came out to the house twice for bids and was always available to discuss any questions over the phone or in person. We got an awesome, highly competitive price and he installed the new equipment the day after we made our final selection. I will definitely use him again for any A/C or heating concerns and recommend him to anyone else who may need these services. Thanks Kris!!!

1- Diagnostic fee of 59.99 that was supposed to be taken off if any work was performed was not taken off, and the technician went off of what his compettetor said was wrong so in reality he never even performed a DIAGNOSIS! And doing that he had a part that his competter said was needed and it NEVER even needed that part, but he charged us 125.00 to restock the part that wasnt even needed , had he performed the diagnosis which he charged us for he would have known this from the beginning.so charging us 125.00 to restock a part that wasnt even needed and is malicious. Listen to this then he charged 2 trip charges of 89.99

"The call we received was to see how much it would be to replace a compressor or install a new condenser. We did not do a diagnostic to see what was wrong, it was a FREE bid. The other company told the customer they need a new condenser. CTR told the customer we can replace the compressor. After starting the job CTR found 2 wires that were not connected and stopped what we were doing and wired everything back up. Come to find out the compressor was good, the wires just needed reconnected. CTR did credit customer a trip charge that was miss charged. Goes to show HONESTY still gets criticized even though we saved them thousands of dollars."

The technician came on time, and was very informative. I got more information from him, by far, than the last heating and air specialist that came. He stayed for almost 2 hours trying to figure out what the problems were, and was only billed for the 2 services that he performed, which I found very inexpensive. I would definitely go with this company again.

We had problems with our new AC cooling down the house even on cool days. The unit is only a few years old and have had many different companies come out to fix it but it was never been solved. I gave up on the company that installed it and which it was under warranty. Paid a lot for all this unsuccessful service until now. Finally found someone who knows what they are doing and for a reasonable price. Thanks!
