Absolutely beautiful job on our roof. From start to finish they delivered!! Professional and friendly crew!! Clean up was excellent! I would give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend for any roofing needs.

Mountain Vista Roof Systems has been the greatest to work with from start to finish and I highly recommend. Our roof was almost 40 years old and we had a problem spot in one corner. MVRS provided a quick and in depth quote that was competitively priced and everyone we interacted with was kind, responsive, and knowledgable. In addition to a new roof, we had them install a solar tube, upgraded to the solar attic fan, and had them replace all the fascia and rain gutters. They arrived on schedule and the installers were great even though they had to rip up 2 underlayment layers under the shingles. That problem spot was a huge hole due to poor installation back in the 80s. They found multiple other areas of damage from vent pipes not being flashed. They removed all the current roofing, replaced the boards that needed replacing (there were many), got half of the new underlayment attached, and installed the solar tube on day 1. Days 2 and 3 they completed the rest of the roof installation and installed all new primed fascia. Everyday the job site was cleaned up and left in order. To my layman’s eye they did a great install. My husband even agreed. They recommended we paint the fascia before the gutter installation and so they could match the gutters to the trim color. They said they could come back to do that after it was painted, which is what we’re doing. If every contractor could be this great to work with, the world would be a better place.

Truly a bright shining star in the rather depressingly mediocre quality of the Reno construction industry... after many, many disappointments in reliability, quality and value for money, CTR Roofing were an absolute delight to work with. Everything was very highly professional, their execution was exemplary and the owner's active participation and communication were a pleasure to see. The pride in doing a job properly was clear. It was such a contrast to the apathetic approach of most Reno workers that we were almost shocked. To finally find a Reno/Sparks business that delivered at this level of quality and yet were very reasonable on price was wonderful. We have recommended them to everyone and will continue to do so. If you have any roofing needs, seriously don't go anywhere else!!!

Thomas and Alberto were very friendly, efficient, and did a great job. They explained what they were doing and why. The cost was very reasonable for the job. It was also in line with other bids. They did a couple of minor things that they noticed during the repair and did not charge me for that. The office staff was also very friendly and professional. I will highly recommend CTR.

Dave helped guide us through the products and took the time to address all my questions. Removed and replaced my asphalt shingles in 2 days. His crew was courteous and respectful. Cleanup was excellent both days. Dave and Katrina even got our add on with no worries. Great to deal with. I recommend CTR with no hesitation.

David was very professional and his office staff was courteous and efficient. I would recommend them.

The owner David came over and explained everything. It was really the previous roofers that did not do the work correctly. Most blame should be on C. Davis. My roof leaked one month after it was installed and twice I called Clay who did not return my phone calls. That is no way to run a business my friend.

The roof was replaced as well as a solar tube installed. Everything was completed on time and the outside yard cleaned up perfectly.

Mark did a great job, fixed what the original builder screwed up.

They showed up on time and assessed the work. We realized they couldn't do the main work in the morning because the top of the roof was too frosty, but they did get the lower stuff done and returned later that day to finish the higher part. I really appreciate their professionalism and timeliness. Refreshing to find professionals in any sector who show up and also return punctually. Great company to work with! Excellent customer service! David knew we had a large family celebration coming up and pending weather conditions. He sent out a large crew who completed the removal and replacement of new roof in two days! They cleaned up the yard and surrounding areas of debris including nails. Would never have known they were at our home except for, of course, a brand new roof!! Would highly recommend!!
