"We are sorry you feel that way. In this instance, this contract was breached several times by the client, mainly consisting of late payments made by the client. Then there was a 4-week delay in funds from the client while Property Twins Co. was on schedule. The last payment made was not only late but was handed to us short. There is more work finished there then what has been paid until this point. There was an entire addition built(excavation/foundation/framing/roofed/wired/rough plumbed/doors/windows/siding)Property Twins Co. has the emails/text/pictures to prove the several delays in payments as well as the documented satisfaction of quality."
