The staff was very knowledgeable and polite. The water was treated and tested promptly and the results were communicated quickly. I knew what was happening at every step.

Tyler and his crew has been short of amazing to me! I've tapped his knowledge numerous times after purchasing my dream house. Most recently the guys came out and upgraded my original system while adding in an Iron Filter system. More water, constant pressure and no more iron. He also brought my Well Cap up to code! We cam up with a plan that fit my needs. He gave me multiple options. No pressuring me to schedule the work until I was ready. He had the chance to upsell me but he didn't. His integrity is undervalued. This guy and his crew are not afraid to work. Professional, on time and ready to get the job done. Tyler has created a life long customer by doing the simple things that are overlooked by many companies. Even more so in this industry. Once the problem was determined, they were here and went immediately to work, on a Sunday. There were circumstances that made the job more difficult than need be but they got the job done and ended up with a satisfied and happy homeowner.

Very professional approach, task oriented, very effective. In less than 1.5 hours had a new pump replaced and got water back in my house Tyler was very confident and got right into the job. No extra charges even that was a Sunday. My wife and I were very impressed with his work ethic!

If you're looking for a hardworking, honest and reliable professional call Tyler Tucker! He arrived at the scheduled time, was very knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Tyler provides truly high end service and we will be happy to recommend Ct Water Pump to friends and family. Our new water treatment system removed the chemical, chlorine taste and smell from our water and we couldn't be happier!

Tyler was a great professional, he came right over as he said and replaced our water pump within 2 hours we had water again. This was on Sunday with no extra charges for the weekend. He runs an awesome business and I would recommend him for any well issues.
