My experience with.C&T Window Company was a SCAM! I hired Robbie aka Robert aka Big Rob Thompson and paid for the windows 48 weeks ago. He told me the windows were in his warehouse but always making excuses to why he can't install them. I even offered to get the windows and store them in my garage until the install but he didn't want to do that. He told the local sheriff's office he would install them 2 weeks ago, he claimed a staff infection and sores all over his and his employees body. He told me he would "get with me" this week on the installation. I didn't receive any correspondence from him. This is my experience. Someone else may have a trouble free experience. Good Luck! I'will be spending time in court trying to recover the money I paid in advance for a job that was never completed
