CTX diagnosed and fixed an electrical issue I've been dealing with my builder and IES for months. Pricing was fair.

On time. Efficient Easy to work with.

We had an emergency situation- we had just put our house on the market, had showings scheduled and our kitchen lights went out unexpectedly. We got the number for CTX from Home Advisor s and spoke with one of the owners. He said he had someone on call (it was a Saturday) and could get him out right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem, got it fixed and we were reading for the showings on time!

The scheduler was responsive to questions, knowledgeable about the costs and procedures. The Techs arrived ON TIME, were courteous and professional.

Fixed our bathroom outlet that was wired incorrectly.

The two men arrived, one was supposed to be the licensed person and the other was the apprentice. The licensed one left immediately to get parts leaving the novice to do most of the work. When the experienced man returned one fixture was installed and the novice continued to install the dimmers, blew out one of them by installing wrong so back to the store by the experienced guy for another dimmer, why didn't the licensed guy do the work letting the apprentice to do the store runs? Oh well, anyway they were at my home for over 4 hours, badly dressed and the licensed guy farted terribly and I had to air out my house after he left. The novice spent a lot of time on his phone instead of watching and learning. This experience cost me over $800.00 dollars, over 4 hours for 2 light fixtures and 3 dimmers......please don't ever consider this company.

Got the job done. Very courteous and efficient. Would use them again.

Donnie’s electrician Billy is a professional and did a great job in replacing our ceiling light fixture. If you are looking for reliable electrician then definitely call them!!!

Arrived earlier than stated. Got the job done. My only con is I have asked for a copy of the invoice and have not gotten one yet.

I was expecting just a quick cost estimate for the work I needed done because I had just spoken to them that morning. After giving me a price, I was told they had the time to complete the work today. Relieved I hired them on the spot. The work was competed quickly and professionally. They even vacuumed and and disposed of the packing material. Very personable, professional. I highly recommend Eddy and his apprentice, Austin. Will use this company again.

These guys were Great! They had a sense of humor also which so fit at the time. They both Really knew there stuff, informed you the whole time.
