I had to pay for the parts up front and later found out the parts could not even be ordered until my check cleared. I still have not received any type of invoice or receipt for the work performed. As far as the actual repair, the technician was very nice and willing to help. He came back a week later with the parts and installed them.

Very prompt and were willing to come out at 10:30 pm to fix our refrigerator. Very informative on what the issue was. Both technicians very polite and easy to work with. Would recommend using them. They fixed the problem and luckily we didn’t lose any food.
