I hired Michael to install an Antenna December 2019, his tech Alex started the job but did not complete it, he never set the signal, Alex did tell me he would be out in February, did not show, I talked Michael in January, after that Alex did text me and told me he thought the work was completed, ever since then no one has responded,

Diligent, took pride in the quality & completeness of their work. Went the extra mile to get my dryer hooked up quickly.

Alex arrived as promised and mounted my 65” TV exactly where we needed it. Great professional service.

The cable box was damaged and I provided the zip ties to rescue it. I provided some tools for the antenna to be installed. The Roku installation was perfect. The technician did a fantastic job in getting the Roku to recognize our TV and placing the codes correctly. Roku installation is this technician forte. The outdoor antenna installation was over priced. The Roku experience was superb.

They did a great job.

Installed a garbage disposal. I informed him to be sure the plug was popped out. He did not understand and thought I was talking about the electrical plug and said its plugged in., After using the words plug, cork and then cap he realized what I WAS TALKING ABOUT AFTER I EXPLAINED THE DISHWASHER HOSE THAT CONNECTS TO THE DISPOSAL HAS TO HAVE THE PLUG POPPED OUT FOR IT TO DRAIN. He stated **you do not know how many of these I installed in the last few weeks, there is not a plug it will work** I restated why the plug needs to be popped out, and he reclaimed its fine. Thought he knew what he was doing and this one did not have a plug/cap. This was Saturday, i used dishwasher today Tuesday and what happened? You guess it, water went everywhere because the plug was not popped out for it to drain. I should have made sure before he left, He had taken the box with directions out to throw away, I Should have got the directions which he did not even look at, to be sure. Sure enough my helper (caretaker) found the empty box with directions and it clearly shows popping the plug out is needed to use the dishwasher. The caretaker who never worked on one, took off the dishwasher hose and popped the plug out and reconnected the hose and it worked right, she had to finish the job right, To think I gave him a $10 tip. Never again will I use this company. You can if you want the job done wrong. I texted him a message, never heard back. The only positive thing I can say is that he came out same day requested to install it but not knowledgeable or experienced enough at all to use. I should at least receive my $10 tip back.

Next time ask the the contractor to ask the customer if they have a owner's manual, because the contractor took my mannuel and had I to retrieve it from the trash can outside my room

Mike was efficient and thorough in his work, He consulted with me about all phases of mounting my TV and listened and engaged my thoughts and suggestions. When he noticed that I had a new ring video door bell he offered to install it right then and gave me a good price. I greatly appreciated all his work.

Michael was very professional and he really cared about my time and that everything was done in a timely manner, the best customer service I've had with a business so far and I do recommend their services.
