good price quality and dependable

the installer unplugged an extension cord from a socket to connect the heater but did not tell me ... the extension cord was for a refrigerator and, about a week after installation, the refrigerator defrosted leaking onto the floor and destroying $400-$500 worth of food!

Had been having problems with old tankless. CVB responded quickly and explained the problem. Explained about the replacement unit and others that were available. But more importantly was able to replace it quickly. The estimate was fair and in line with the other five I got. Did a clean job. Very pleased.

John was helpful in a bad situation I was thinking about getting the water heater changed and getting estimates but the old one broke upon examination

We replaced our 19 y/o natural gas HW heater with a new NAVIEN Tankless on 5 December. John came out to give us an estimate last week and answer all of our questions. I was very satisfied with the tankless water heater that John installed for us. He just installed it today, so it's too soon to be sure that we're happy with it's long-term performance of course. But compared with other plumbing companies, we were very happy with the prompt courteous and fairly-priced service we received today. We will call CVB again.

He unplugged my laundry drain.

I think I was expecting the pipes to be more out of the way. Not really their fault I should have just asked and been specific. I also think the ventilation pipe may have been installed wrong. Usually the exhaust pipe has to be at an angle up through the roof it is two 90 degree bends and up and one bend is lower. I don’t know if it’s different from tank water heater so I have to check with an inspector it just seems wrong. Hopefully it’s not wrong and they did it correctly. Price was fair it seemed. The guy that came was professional.

From the initial phone call with Jay to John coming and installing the tankless water heater, they wer 100% professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I am a first time home owner and they both patiently answered all my questions:) As for the installation itself, John did an excellent job! It is a small old house that threw a few challenges at him but he knew exactly what to do and got the job done! Very happy! Thanks guys!:)

Efficient work and quality clean-up, very courteous.

John was terrific. He did troubleshoot the problem then repaired the problem. I would recommend John and his company anytime.

I called them at 9:30am they gave me an approximate quote over the phone, they said a tech would be there between 10-12 and sure enough John came and he was done by 1pm. The quote was spot on, there was no extra charges or hidden fees. John was very polite and professional. I would use again! Good job CVB!
