Absolute worst customer service. Missed every timeline he set forth. Ignored calls. Extremely unprofessional. Connected power cords for the sprinkler system with the power strip he found in my basement. Save yourself the hassle. Pay more for a better experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Eric and his crew came exactly when scheduled. His equipment was top of the line (perforation of lawn, hydro-turf machine). His price was very reasonable. He did not charge me for replacing three irrigation nozzles that had not beed working for weeks. Good sense of humor. Eager to answer all of my questions. Great experience

Eric was great throughout, he just has an aura of honesty and trustworthiness. Being a new homeowner, this was my first sprinkler system. He was very informative, explained how to program the system, adjusted all the sprinkler heads for best lawn coverage. and only had to replace 2 (of the 32) sprinkler heads. I actually hired him to mow my lawn as well.
