"We are sorry you feel that way. However, none of what you have written is the truth. You actually liked the staining and painting we did on your 100-year-old shop and home in Big Horn which is why you hired us to do your estate. Not to mention everyone that drove by commenting on how beautiful it was and we were asked for several bids from neighboring properties. You also knowingly undercut our bid taking advantage of us. We accepted that because of the good working relationship we had with you at that time. That was our mistake. Therefore, we had to procure other jobs at the same time to cover our bills as this is our livelihood."
