Wrote estimate , request deposit, gave deposit, work not done. Hired someone else to do the job, sent proof the job was completed by someone else and he still has not returned my deposit. He lies every time. says he going to refund my money but has not. says he is going to show up and does not -- He does not communicate. I have text messages to verify every thing I have said.
